Experience : B. Pharm / M. Pharm / MBA in IBD with minimum experience of 5 to 7 years

Job Profile

• Market survey to identify new products for business and feedback to head office.
• Liaison with ministry, government offices, lawyers with regard to understanding and fulfilment of challenges related

to product registration, regulatory affairs and legal compliances in coordination with head office.

• FDA & Lab Coordination through regulatory team.
• Find a new distributor.
• Develop P2P Business.
• Help establishing presence of USL in the East & West Africa market and establishment of own office/subsidiary

Company in future.

• In future when office is set up, Office administration and maintenance of statutory documents in office records.
• Understanding and following all the guidelines of head office and timely revert as and when required and directed.
• Protect business of the company and find ways and means to improve further.
• Foresee and remove bottlenecks in performance.
• Team building and ensure budgeted performance from team through customer selection, coverage plan, and training & motivation.
