- Identify and prioritize target markets and develop market-specific strategies to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the export sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on key metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to support overall business objectives.
