Job Desciption

Delivers the project outcome that will enable fulfilment of the business objectives within given boundaries (schedule, scope, budget, resources and other guidelines).

Plans and manages the work need the fulfil the objectives(rythm and cadence)

•

Project financials

Reports and escalates to the Steering Committee and Tranformation Program (status, issues and risks, CRs. etc.)

• Liaison, and work closely with Infor project management and overall program management

•

Coach, guide and support team members

Skills, traits and experience

•

Managed large scale ERP transformations including Infor M3

•

Superior in project management and administration

•

Pragmatic, problem solver with focus on people and change management

•

Ability to coach and guide project team members in problem solving and project management

• Experience of large-scale transformation in International Multi-brand Organization
• Ability to oscillate between c-level reporting and presentation and hands-on problem solving in the project and line organization
• Able to provide best practice in terms of project structure, implementation strategy and high-level solution design
