Technical Business Analyst (Java)

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for finance? Were looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and IT, bringing innovative solutions to the securities, brokerage, and wealth management space.

What Youll Do

•

Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.

•

Gather, analyze, and document requirements for trading, brokerage, and wealth management operations.

•

Design and review technical solutions with development teams (Java experience required!).

•

Conduct gap analyses and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.

•

Support UAT, create user guides, and train stakeholders on new systems.

What Were Looking For

•

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (Masters/certifications a plus).

•

5+ years in securities, banking, brokerage, or wealth management (*812 yrs for AD, 15+ yrs for Director).

•

Hands-on Java development experience with one or more frameworks.

•

Strong understanding of trading, brokerage, funds, bonds, structured products, and regulations.

•

Excellent communication, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

•

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
