Technical Business Analyst - Wealth IT
Job description
Our client, a leading global investment bank, is embarking on a significant technical transformation initiative for its customer-focused wealth management division. They are seeking several skilled Technical Business Analyst to join the Hong Kong team.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between business stakeholders and IT to implement technology solutions for the securities and brokerage sectors.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct gap analyses and develop functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and review technical solutions; support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create user guides and documentation while participating in project planning and status reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Masters degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 2+ years of experience, ideally in securities, banking, brokerage, or wealth management.
- Demonstrate Java knolwedge in translating techincal requirements to the development team.
- Ideally knowledge of securities trading, brokerage operations, and financial regulations.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- English, Cantonese and Mandarin
