Estimation Engineer- Office interior and fitout

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process for office interior and fit-out projects from concept to execution
• Coordinate with clients to understand design briefs, space planning, and functional requirements
• Prepare and review design concepts, mood boards, layouts, 3D visuals, and detailed drawings
• Ensure designs comply with client standards, local regulations, and project budgets
• Coordinate with estimation, project, and site teams for design feasibility and value engineering
• Manage design approvals, revisions, and authority submissions where required
• Supervise and guide designers, draftsmen, and external consultants
• Ensure timely delivery of design packages aligned with project schedules

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Design Manager in office interior & fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out construction methods
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, and presentation software
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-facing skills
• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
