Originally launched in Australia, BFT is now rapidly expanding across the U.S. Were bringing our cutting-edge training model to Redondo Beach, CA , and were looking for passionate, high-performing coaches to lead the way in one of the most vibrant, wellness-focused communities in the country.

Who You Are

Youre a confident, certified fitness coach who can command a room and connect with every person in it. You bring genuine energy , coach with purpose, and care deeply about helping people move well and feel strong . You dont just run workouts you inspire transformation .

What We're Looking For

Were hiring exceptional Group Fitness Coaches who

•

Have proven experience coaching group fitness or personal training clients

•

Hold a nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)

•

Live within 30 minutes of Redondo Beach

•

Are comfortable using a mic and thrive in high-energy environments

•

Communicate clearly and lead with intention

•

Exude positivity, professionalism , and a passion for movement

•

Work well in a team our studio culture thrives on collaboration

Bonus Points If You Have

•

Experience in boutique fitness concepts like F45, Orangetheory, CrossFit , or circuit-style training

•

A background in HIIT, athletic performance, or strength-based programming

•

A current CPR/AED certification and a strong focus on safety

What Youll Do at BFT Redondo Beach

As a BFT coach, you will

•

Lead pre-programmed, science-based group classes that challenge and motivate

•

Deliver real-time coaching with personalized cues, modifications, and form corrections

•

Build lasting connections with members and foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere

•

Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive studio space

•

Represent the BFT brand both in and outside the studio with pride and professionalism
