Our Midlothian team is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and connect with their best selves through the Pure Barre method. Now, were looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Associate to help grow our studio family and introduce more people to the power of barre.

What Youll Do
•
Drive Membership Growth
Make 50+ outbound calls daily to leads, former clients, and local prospects to introduce the Pure Barre experience and inspire them to take the next step.

Lead Studio Tours & Conversions
Be the first face clients seewelcome them into the studio, provide engaging tours, and help them feel confident saying "yes" to their fitness goals.
•
Build Relationships & Community
Get to know our members. Chat before and after class, attend local events, and help maintain the warm, inclusive vibe that defines Pure Barre Midlothian.
•
Handle Objections Gracefully
Use a goal-focused, empathetic approach to navigate common concerns like time, cost, and fearalways bringing it back to the value of transformation.
•
Collaborate with the Team
Work closely with the studio manager, instructors, and marketing staff to ensure seamless operations and unforgettable client experiences.
What Were Looking For
•
Experience in sales, fitness, or wellness environments (Pure Barre experience is a plus!)
•
A self-starter attitude with the drive to hit daily outreach and conversion targets
•
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
•
Strong phone presence and comfort with high-volume outbound outreach
•
A genuine passion for fitness, movement, and helping others live healthier lives
•
Availability to work evenings and weekends as part of a dynamic team
