Compensation: $70,000/year base + uncapped commission

What Youll Do
Sales & Membership Growth
•
Drive new member sign-ups through in-studio tours, outbound calls, and local events
•
Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads, trial participants, and former members
•
Consistently hit or exceed monthly membership sales targets
•
Handle objections by building value and connecting memberships to client goals
Member Retention & Experience
•
Develop and execute retention strategies to keep members engaged and motivated
•
Build personal relationships with members, celebrating progress and milestones
•
Plan referral programs, member appreciation events, and community engagement initiatives
Team Leadership & Recruitment
•
Recruit, hire, and train Pilates professionals and front desk staff
•
Coach the team on sales techniques, service excellence, and community building
•
Lead by example in sales, professionalism, and member care
Community Engagement
•
Network within West Hollywood/Beverly Grove to expand studio awareness
•
Represent Pilates Addiction at local events to attract new members
What Were Looking For
•
Proven track record in salesfitness, boutique studios, or membership-based businesses preferred
•
Strong objection-handling skills focused on building value and trust
•
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
•
Willingness to make 50+ outbound calls per day and follow up consistently
•
Experience recruiting and managing a team
•
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
•
Flexible availability for events, evenings, and weekends as needed
