Location: Macon, GA | beem® Light Sauna
Compensation: $12 to $15 per hour | 15-20 hours per week

About the Role
We're looking for an outgoing and motivated Wellness Sales Associate to join our Macon team . As the face of the studio, you'll greet guests, give tours, explain the benefits of infrared light therapy, and help new members begin their wellness journey. If you're passionate about health, love connecting with people, and are driven by sales goals, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome & Connect: Create a warm, personalized experience for every guest.
•
Educate & Inspire: Lead engaging studio tours and explain the physical and mental benefits of light therapy.
•
Drive Sales: Convert first-time guests into members through clear, confident communication and genuine care.
•
Outreach: Make follow-up calls, confirm appointments, and nurture leads to drive memberships.
•
Community Engagement: Help generate new business through local outreach and referrals.
•
System Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, follow up efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
•
Team Collaboration: Work closely with studio leadership to achieve membership and revenue goals.
•
Studio Support: Maintain a clean, inviting space by assisting with light cleaning and room resets.
What Were Looking For
•
Experience in sales, fitness, or wellness environments preferred
•
Strong communicator with natural confidence and empathy
•
Comfortable working toward and exceeding goals
•
Passionate about wellness, recovery, and helping others
•
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
•
Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed
•
Familiarity with basic CRM or lead management systems
