IDEAL MANAGER PROFILE
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience within shared services, BPO, offshoring, or business process operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience managing large, high-performing teams (40+ employees preferred)
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, performance management, and service delivery
- Experience leading process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, or similar certifications are highly desirable
- Experience supporting international clients, ideally within education or professional services
- Strategic, analytical, and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while balancing client expectations and operational priorities
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned international university partners, ensuring exceptional client experience and long-term partnerships
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing shared services team, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence
- Establish, monitor, and optimize team and departmental KPIs to drive accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement
- Lead regular business reviews with clients, aligning operational performance with service expectations and strategic objectives
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives
- Develop and standardize operational processes, documentation, and best practices that support scalability and long-term growth
- Translate organizational strategies into clear execution plans while effectively managing operational and client change initiatives
- Coach, develop, and empower team leaders to build a high-performing, collaborative, and continuously improving organization
