Sales Development Representative
Job description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and close sales through outbound cold-calling campaigns. Experience in outbound sales and familiarity with US-English accents is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold-calling to generate leads and identify potential clients interested in our digital marketing services.
•
Engage prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
•
Present services persuasively, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
•
Handle objections and rejections professionally to advance the sales process.
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
•
Conduct follow-ups via phone and email to nurture leads and provide additional information.
Requirements
•
1-3 years of cold-calling or outbound sales experience, preferably for US campaigns.
- A US-English accent is a plus •
Willingness to work onsite in US time zones.
•
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
•
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
Location: Gulberg V, Lahore Timings: Night Shift (US time zone) - (7 PM to 4 AM) Compensation: Market Competitive
