Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, process-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to revolutionize our sales operations and spearhead our growth. This is a unique role that combines CRM architecture with active sales execution . You will not just be following a script; you will be building the engine, optimizing our lead management workflows, and actively hunting for new property management contracts through cold outreach, online sourcing, and rigorous follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Architecture & Optimization: Audit, refine, and manage our CRM process to ensure maximum efficiency, flawless data integrity, and automated lead nurturing.
  • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Actively hunt for new property management leads using online sources, public records, real estate platforms, and networking channels.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls and personalized email/social outreach to property owners, real estate investors, and landlords.
  • Pipeline Management: Own the entire lead lifecycle—from initial scraping and cold contact to consistent follow-up, ensuring a high-touch experience that brings qualified leads to the closing table.
  • Process Documentation: Create clear, repeatable playbooks for our sales and lead-generation processes so the system can scale.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Real Estate/Property Management Experience: Strong preference for candidates who understand the property management industry, investor mindsets, or residential real estate.
  • CRM Expertise: Proven track record of configuring, managing, and optimizing LeadSimple . You know how to build workflows, not just input data.
  • Inside Sales/Cold Calling Grit: Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and overcoming objections with a consultative approach.
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: You naturally look at a messy process and want to build a system to fix it.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to operate autonomously in an environment where processes are actively being defined and improved.
