Job description

Job Summary

The BDM will drive business growth in Abu Dhabi by identifying, pursuing, and securing sales in the Pool + SPA sectors, covering private clients (villas) and projects (real estate developments, hotels, and resorts). The role requires a mix of planning, client relationship management, and sales expertise to maximize revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Strategy
  • Develop and implement strategy to win sales
  • Define and implement sales targets and growth plans for sectors/verticals.
  • Sales & Lead Generation
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue leads across private and projects.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact to contract signing and handover to Operations internally.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations in co-ordination with our QS/Costing team.
  • Client Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with villa owners, developers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
  • Cultivate repeat business and referrals.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client queries and coordination pre-contract.
  • Project Coordination
  • Collaborate with operations, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover internally of qualified new sales.
  • Reporting & Collaboration
  • Provide Monthly Report on pipeline, project status, and revenue forecasts, to be discussed with the Directors.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to BD Director & Operations Director, for business strategy moving forward.
  • As required, use your existing contacts to assist with Sales in RAK and Dubai selectively.
  • Attend minimum 1 day per week at UAQ Factory/HQ for weekly planning and co-ordination.
