Spa Manager
Job description
- Promotes and sells customized spa programs, and ensures effective communication amongst all departments within the hotel.
- Utilizes revenue management to maximize revenue generation based on data.
- Ensures Guest or Member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service are always the spa's priority.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in spa management with comprehensive knowledge of Spa operations.
- Excellent customer service skills, guest-focused with a passion for standards excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office application and spa management.
