Let’s start with the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Executive to join our Corporate Communications team. This entry-level position will provide vital support across all team’s key functions, including external and internal communications, event planning, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate will take a hands-on role in executing communication plans, managing content and materials, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting administrative and financial procedures. This is a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in a dynamic, high-impact department at Stoiximan.

As a Corporate Communications Executive , you will

• Assist in the development and execution of corporate, and internal communication campaigns.
• Draft and edit basic content (posts, texts, updates) and support the implementation of projects.
• Liaise with agencies and internal stakeholders, to draft briefs, review content, and oversee visual asset development.
• Support the execution of internal communication campaigns and manage internal channels to drive engagement.
• Participate in cross-department syncs and contribute to internal presentations and reporting.
• Handle administrative tasks such as purchase order creation and vendor coordination
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking for the department’s programs.
• Collect and archive materials from corporate campaigns
• Monitor publicity, evaluate reports, and track competitor activity to support strategic updates.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a communications, CSR, or marketing support role (internships included)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Basic understanding of content creation, social media platforms, and event coordination
• Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
• Interest in social responsibility, employee engagement, and corporate branding
