What is Digital Creative Expert?

JazzCash is seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Digital Creative Expert to lead the creation of next-generation visual content using cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will be an expert in generating high-quality images, videos, animations, and creative assets through the latest Generative AI platforms, helping JazzCash accelerate content production, enhance creativity, and redefine storytelling at scale.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and innovation, requiring someone who can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences while staying ahead of rapidly evolving AI capabilities. This is an L2 position which reports directly to Head of Marketing within the Marketing department.

A creator who combines the imagination of a filmmaker, the precision of a designer, and the curiosity of a technologist. Someone who is constantly exploring what AI can do next and can transform a simple idea into a compelling visual story within hours rather than weeks.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Content Creation

• Create high-quality AI-generated images, videos, animations, and visual concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, product launches, leadership presentations and internal communications.
• Develop cinematic-quality AI videos from text prompts, scripts, and reference materials.
• Generate photorealistic, stylized, and branded visual assets aligned with JazzCash's brand identity.
• Create AI-powered product demonstrations, explainer videos, concept films, mood boards and how to do videos.

Prompt Engineering & AI Workflow Management

• Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts to achieve consistent and high-quality outputs.
• Build repeatable workflows for image generation, video generation, voice synthesis, lip-syncing, motion graphics, and content enhancement.
• Continuously experiment with emerging AI tools and recommend innovative applications for the business.

Creative Innovation

• Partner with Brand, Creative, Digital, Product, and Content teams to conceptualize and execute AI-first campaigns.
• Convert traditional creative briefs into AI-enabled visual solutions.
• Rapidly prototype campaign ideas and creative concepts before production.

AI Technology Leadership

• Evaluate and implement new AI platforms and technologies.
• Maintain awareness of developments in Generative AI, multimodal AI, synthetic media, and creative automation.
• Establish best practices, governance standards, and quality control processes for AI-generated content.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Digital Creative Expert?

• Experience working in fintech, telecommunications, technology, or consumer brands.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted video editing, VFX, motion graphics, and virtual production.
• Familiarity with large language models, AI agents, automation tools, and workflow orchestration platforms.
• Experience creating AI avatars, synthetic voiceovers, and multilingual content.
• 3+ years of experience in creative production, digital content creation, design, animation, filmmaking, or related fields.
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing AI-generated images, videos, campaigns, and creative projects.
• Understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing principles.
• Experience with traditional creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or similar platforms is preferred.
• Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Has attention to detail and extremely organized.
• Self-starter, proactive, ability to own a task from start to finish by him/herself.
• Humble, helpful, solution-oriented and a positive attitude, ability to be hands-on and step up when required.
• Absolute command over Microsoft Office with strong presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences.
• Proven experience creating AI-generated videos and images using industry-leading platforms such as: Midjourney, ChatGPT, Sora, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Flux, Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, Claude, Other emerging Generative AI tools.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography, composition, lighting, editing, and design principles.
• Ability to create realistic, commercial-grade visual content.
• Strong aesthetic judgment and attention to detail.
