Job Purpose
Support the Business Integrity & Ethics function in managing and conducting independent and objective investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, abuse of authority, misuse of company resources, and other integrity-related matters. The role is responsible for assessing allegations, gathering and analyzing evidence, conducting interviews, preparing investigation reports, documenting findings and recommendations, and supporting the implementation of corrective actions. In addition, the role supports the development and delivery of ethics and compliance awareness initiatives, manages compliance and conflict of interest declaration programs, reviews and monitors disclosures, prepares periodic compliance reports and dashboards, and promotes a strong culture of integrity, ethics, accountability, and compliance across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Together with the Director compliance, is authorized to implement all necessary the approved Policy and procedure and actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program
- Provide support for Developing a new policy, procedure and program, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program.
- Collaborates with other departments (e.g. Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution
- Responds to alleged violations
- Monitors, records, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends. •
Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested
Minimum Qualifications &Skills
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field from a recognized university.
Minimum Experience
•
3+ years’ experience in compliance in a similar type of major organization
Skills
•
Excellent oral, written and communication skills, including the ability to interact positively with a wide variety of individuals.

High level of integrity, ethical conduct and trustworthiness.
- Exceptional communication ability on all levels inside the organization

Investigation skills
- Experience in conducting compliance investigations and case management.
- Experience in interviewing witnesses and subjects of investigations.
- Knowledge of evidence handling, documentation, and investigation methodologies.
- Ability to assess allegations and determine investigation scope.
- Experience preparing investigation reports, findings, and recommendations.
- Understanding workplace misconduct, fraud, abuse of authority, conflict of interest, and ethics-related cases.
