Job description

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for Full-stack Java Developers (Mid-level & Senior) to join our internal team in Luxembourg.

As part of our development team, you will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of digital solutions, primarily for public sector clients. Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with architects, business analysts, testers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality applications using modern Java and Angular technologies.

THE WORK:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and Angular.
  • Build scalable backend services using Spring or JEE frameworks.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end components with Angular.
  • Contribute to the design of microservices-based architectures and REST APIs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following development best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous integration processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Mid-level: At least 3 years of experience in Java development.
  • Senior: At least 5 years of experience in Java development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework or JEE.
  • Experience developing front-end applications with Angular.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and software quality best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in DevOps practices and continuous integration.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
  • Experience working on public sector projects or large enterprise applications.
  • Fluency in French or another European language.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • A multilingual and international environment, with the ARHS team in Luxembourg representing over 50 different nationalities.
  • Minimal micromanagement—focus on your work and enjoy what you do.
  • A diverse range of projects across various sectors, with the potential for internal mobility in the future.
  • Flat and responsive management.
  • Opportunities for training and certifications.
  • Emphasis on work-life balance.
  • Stability—we’ve been thriving since 2003, and we’re proudly based in Luxembourg
