About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a passionate and service-oriented Night Bell Attendant to join our team. As a key ambassador of the hotel during overnight hours, you will create exceptional guest experiences by welcoming late arrivals, assisting with departures, handling luggage, and responding to guest requests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.

What you will do

  • Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours, including room escort and luggage handling.
  • Deliver personalized service by responding promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and special needs.
  • Act as a key point of contact for guests, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Support smooth and secure night operations in collaboration with Front Office and Security teams.
  • Deliver amenities, packages, newspapers, and other guest services as required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including the lobby and luggage storage room.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide support to Concierge, Door, and Valet teams when needed.
  • Uphold Four Seasons standards while fostering positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

What you bring

  • Previous Front Office experience preferably in a luxury environmen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
  • A va lid driving license is required for this position .
  • R eading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.

Schedule & Hours

  • This is a full-time overnight position, requiring candidates to work exclusively night shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Candidates must hold valid authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.

T he position is at the D1 level of the Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), with a starting gross annual salary aligned with the contract’s minimum standards and opportunities for growth based on experience.
