CRM Product Owner (m/f/d)
Job description
We are looking for a CRM Product Owner to own and drive our CRM vision, roadmap, and value realization end-to-end, ensuring the CRM evolves in line with business strategy while delivering measurable impact and adoption across the organization.
Your responsibilities
•
Own the CRM vision, roadmap and value realization aligned with business strategy
•
Balance long-term CRM evolution with short-term business impact
•
Prioritize and steer CRM initiatives across sales, customer service and marketing based on business value and validated use cases
•
Lead CRM implementations and releases in collaboration with IT, external partners and business stakeholders
•
Drive change management, user adoption and training to establish new ways of working
•
Define and govern CRM data principles, ownership and governance models
•
Ensure predictable, well-governed development and release processes
•
Align CRM priorities across regions, business units and functions
Your profile
•
Proven experience owning CRM vision, roadmap and value realization end-to-end
•
Strong ability to translate business strategy into CRM priorities, use cases and measurable outcomes
•
Experience leading CRM implementations and releases in complex environments
•
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and regions
•
Solid understanding of CRM data, governance, data quality and compliance
•
Knowledge of modern CRM platforms, digital capabilities and emerging technologies
•
Excellent communication skills across business and IT
•
Fluent in English and German
