About the Role
The IAM Operations Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of identity and access management services, including user lifecycle management, access provisioning and deprovisioning, group and role assignments, authentication support, and access reviews. This role is well suited to early-career IAM or IT professionals with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and related identity platforms. The analyst supports the protection of enterprise systems by enforcing least-privilege access, fulfilling access requests in line with established policies, and escalating identity-related anomalies for investigation. The role is based on-site and is designed for candidates who can operate effectively in a structured, shift-based environment while coordinating with global teams to deliver IAM operations in a Follow-The-Sun model.
Key Responsibilities
Process user lifecycle events (joiners, movers, leavers) in Microsoft Entra ID and downstream applications in line with documented SLAs.
Handle access requests, role and group memberships, and entitlement changes following approval workflows and least-privilege principles.
Administer authentication services, including MFA registration and resets, conditional access support, and password and self-service troubleshooting.
Support periodic user access reviews, access recertification campaigns, and segregation-of-duties checks, and document outcomes for audit.
Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and service tickets, escalating complex issues to senior IAM engineers per defined runbooks.
Support 24/7 IAM operations through shift work, structured handovers, and adherence to service level expectations.
Maintain accurate records of access changes, approvals, and exceptions in ticketing and case management systems for audit and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with HR, IT, security, and business application owners to ensure timely and accurate provisioning across enterprise systems.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or currently completing studies in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
2+ years of experience in IAM operations, identity administration, IT support, or a related technical role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including user and group management, role assignments, MFA, and conditional access concepts.
Working knowledge of core IAM concepts such as authentication, authorization, RBAC, least privilege, and SSO/SAML/OAuth, plus familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 admin, or similar directory platforms.
Ability to write clear ticket notes, follow procedures consistently, and work effectively in a structured operational environment.
Working proficiency in English is required to support multinational teams and stakeholders.
Availability to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus and support rotational or shift-based schedules where required
Preferred
Professional certifications such as SC-300 (Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator), SC-900, AZ-900, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or equivalent entry-level identity and security credentials.
Experience supporting IAM, service desk, or IT operations environments in banking, retail, logistics, telecommunications, or managed services.
Exposure to identity governance tools (e.g., Entra ID Governance, SailPoint, Saviynt), privileged access management, or cloud IAM in AWS or GCP.
Hands-on practice gained through internships, identity or cloud labs, university projects, or technical bootcamps.
Understanding of compliance-focused environments (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) and the importance of documentation, control adherence, and audit support.
Strong customer service mindset and the ability to coordinate professionally with internal users, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Flexible and remote-friendly work environment.
Professional growth and development opportunities.
