Project

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join the team and help develop and extend a custom workflow framework and digital platforms supporting safety, certification, and compliance processes in the maritime and industrial sectors. In this role, you will design and build scalable, event-driven microservices, develop modern frontend components, and contribute to pilot deployments and real-world validation in high-risk operational environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that address complex industry challenges.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Min. 5 years of experience with .NET 8.0 and C# development
• Hands-on experience with frontend development using React.js and/or StencilJS (Web Components)
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures (Kafka, MassTransit)
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB)
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, incubator-style environment with evolving priorities
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including production issue resolution
• Experience collaborating directly with customers and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and technical documentation
• Good communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
