For our client - an international company from a manufacturing company, we are looking for Cost Accountants/ Analyst to join the structures in Poznan

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end actual costing process, including analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee production order price variances, ensuring accurate settlements and performing root cause analysis.
  • Maintain and improve material master data, pricing, and controlling structures while ensuring strong data governance.
  • Execute and enhance standard costing processes, including SAP costing runs.
  • Coordinate month-end closing activities related to costing, inventory, SAP MM period management, and stock postings.
  • Perform detailed cost analysis, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable business insights.
  • Partner with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex issues and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, SLA adherence, and identify automation opportunities.
  • Support Transfer Pricing activities as a backup resource

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Actual Costing, Product Costing, or Cost Accounting.
  • Strong experience with Standard Costing and Actual Costing in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced SAP experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with month-end close, inventory valuation, production order settlements, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial topics to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience leading projects and driving process improvements.
  • Confident user of English
