What to do

Support teams and management with administrative and operational tasks.

•

Assist in incident tracking and continuous service improvement initiatives.

•

Create monitoring dashboards

•

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity.

•

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks.

•

Experiment with prompt engineering and AI-powered knowledge management.

•

Develop small automation scripts in Python, Shell, Java, or similar languages.

•

Automate reporting, data collection, and repetitive workflows.

•

Work with APIs to retrieve and process operational data.

•

Maintain version-controlled scripts using Git.
