Atlas Workplace Services is looking for a Helpdesk Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team in Milton Keynes.
๐ What you'll be doing
โ Handling inbound calls and emails from a diverse range of customers
โ Logging and managing service requests accurately
โ Liaising with engineers, sub-contractors and internal teams
โ Keeping customers updated on the progress of their requests
โ Providing a professional, helpful and positive customer experience every time

Experience in customer service, retail, contact centres or a helpdesk environment would be advantageous, but it's not essential - we'll provide all the training you need.

About You
Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
- Level 3 NVQ in relevant subject
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar customer-facing role
- Understanding of Helpdesk operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good keyboard and data entry skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
