Atlas Workplace Services is looking for a Helpdesk Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team in Milton Keynes.

โœ… Handling inbound calls and emails from a diverse range of customers

โœ… Logging and managing service requests accurately

โœ… Liaising with engineers, sub-contractors and internal teams

โœ… Keeping customers updated on the progress of their requests

โœ… Providing a professional, helpful and positive customer experience every time

About You

Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required

  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
  • Level 3 NVQ in relevant subject

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar customer-facing role
  • Understanding of Helpdesk operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good keyboard and data entry skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
