Job description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in site development, expansion, property, project coordination, or facility management.
- Experience in retail, education, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of commercial leasing, permits, and local government processes.
- Familiar with asset inventory management and maintenance coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (AutoCAD is a plus).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Willing to conduct field visits and travel as needed.
- High integrity and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willing to work flexible hours or be on-call when required.

- Operations & Maintenance
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor asset conditions and maintain updated asset records.
- Liaise with vendors and technicians to ensure timely repairs and service completion.
- Support operational readiness for new openings and trial locations.
- Expansion & Site Development
- Conduct site research and market testing for potential new locations.
- Assist in lease negotiations and related documentation processes.
- Coordinate permit applications and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor fit-out progress and ensure the site is ready for operation before opening.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities and expansion progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, landlords, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication and proper documentation across projects.
