Electrical Assembler (Quality Focus)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our Quality team in Bethlehem. This person is the eyes on our product — inspecting printed circuit board assemblies, catching defects before they leave the floor, and keeping our quality records tight. If you know your way around PCBs and care about getting it right, we'd love to hear from you. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Inspect PCB assemblies for defects and workmanship issues per IPC standards
• Identify root causes of defects and communicate findings to the production team
• Assess assemblies that need rework or repair and verify they meet specs before release
• Support board-level testing and document results accurately
• Maintain quality records, inspection logs, and non-conformance reports
• Ensure ESD compliance practices are followed at all times
• Work closely with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–4 years of experience in electronics inspection, assembly, or quality
• Hands-on experience with Thru-Hole and/or SMT processes
• Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610 experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with ESD practices and procedures
• Ability to read work instructions, engineering drawings, and BOMs
• Sharp attention to detail and comfortable speaking up when something's off
