Die Verbindung steht | Ihre Aufgaben

• In Ihrer Rolle rüsten Sie Spritzgießmaschinen (Arburg, Maplan und Demag) und führen die Anlagenwartung durch.
• Konkret erstellen Sie Anlagenparameter, fahren Werkzeuge an und führen Einrichtprüfungen durch.
• Weiterhin steht das Verarbeiten von Thermoplasten und Elastomeren auf Ihrer Agenda – zudem überwachen, dokumentieren und sichern Sie die Produktionsergebnisse sowie die Teilequalität.
• Nicht zuletzt ist Ihr Know-how auch bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von (Produktions-) Prozessen gefragt.
• In your role, you will set up injection molding machines (Arburg, Maplan, and Demag) and carry out system maintenance.
• Specifically, you will create machine parameters, start up molds, and perform setup inspections.
• You will also be responsible for processing thermoplastics and elastomers, as well as monitoring, documenting, and ensuring production results and part quality.
• Last but not least, your expertise will be required for the continuous optimization of (production) processes.

Positionsanforderungen

Passt ganz genau | Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker (m/w/d) bzw. Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen (m/w/d)
• Mehrjährige Berufspraxis in der Maschineneinrichtung und in der Herstellung technischer Bauteile
• Erfahrung mit Elastomer und Thermoplast sowie Kenntnisse in Excel und CAQ
• Know-how im Umgang mit automatisierten Spritzgießprozessen
• Die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System, ergänzt um einen selbstständigen Arbeitsstil, Engagement und Teamgeist
• Successfully completed training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) or plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in machine setup and in the production of technical components
• Experience with elastomers and thermoplastics, as well as knowledge of Excel and CAQ
• Expertise in handling automated injection molding processes
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, combined with an independent working style, commitment, and team spirit
