Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide variety of clinical, non-clinical, technical, professional, and support positions across the organization. In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with leaders to develop innovative recruitment strategies, attract top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and create an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you'll provide workforce planning support, labor market insights, interview guidance, and hiring recommendations while ensuring compliance with employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, and healthcare regulatory requirements. You'll play a key role in strengthening Jefferson Healthcare's employer brand and helping us attract the talented individuals who support our mission of providing exceptional care to our community.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience recruiting in a unionized environment.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Healthcare recruitment experience and HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or Talent Acquisition certifications) are preferred.

Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours/week; Day Shift; Onsite; Exempt
