Responsibilities

• Manage global tenders and RFQ/RFI/RFPs according to Global Tender Management process,
• Review tender documents and prepare internal pricing templates
• Coordinate with Product teams regarding available KLN and SF solutions
• Organize strategy meetings to discuss and align pricing strategies with stakeholders
• Gather rate inputs from country/regional pricing teams
• Conduct pricing review sessions before bid submission
• Ensure submissions meet quality standards and deadlines
• Manage the global tender database and rate repository
• Support onboarding processes by handover tender pack

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
• With 5–8 years’ experience in freight forwarding industry
• Previous experience in Air and/or Ocean Freight pricing / tender management
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical abilities
• Strong understanding of airfreight logistics, cargo systems, and operations.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot process bottlenecks.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
