Dutch Customer Advisor – Relocate to Athens, Greece

Location: Athens, Greece (on-site for the first 3 months, then remote possible within Greece)

The Role: Dutch Customer Advisor Specialist

• Answer customer questions in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve inquiries about orders, accounts, products, and services
• Provide clear, empathetic, solution-oriented support
• Escalate complex cases to the right department
• Work with modern tools and CRM systems (full training included)

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2)
• Good level of English (B2) for internal communication
• EU citizenship or the right to work in Greece
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
• Availability to work on-site in Athens for the first 3 months
• No previous customer service experience required – motivation is what counts!
