We are urgently hiring French-speaking customer service advisors on behalf of a global leader in customer experience outsourcing serving the banking and insurance sector, based in Porto. Your main focus will be assisting policyholders and account holders with everyday banking and insurance queries, supported by an experienced team and ongoing training.
