Sales Development Representative (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar outbound sales role.
- Prior experience in the IT or software industry is required; experience with a software company will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development, lead research, and prospecting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with outbound outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn, and structured follow-up campaigns.
- Ability to identify client pain points, qualify leads, handle basic objections, and book meetings for the sales team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening and a professional approach to client interactions.
- Basic understanding of software products, IT services, and technical concepts to communicate effectively with prospects.
- Experience managing CRM systems, maintaining accurate prospect data, and ensuring data hygiene.
- Ability to monitor campaign performance, prepare pipeline reports, and provide regular sales activity updates.
- Experience collaborating with email marketing, sales, and technical teams to support lead generation initiatives.
- Proficiency with sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, and Calendly.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and consistent in executing daily outreach and achieving activity targets.
- Confident, resilient, and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection positively and maintain a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities
- Understand the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), target industries, and buyer personas to identify the most relevant prospects.
- Research and qualify potential companies and decision-makers before initiating outreach.
- Review prospect lists and provide feedback to improve lead quality before campaigns are launched.
- Engage with prospects through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and direct messaging.
- Develop personalized outreach messages tailored to the prospect's industry, role, and business challenges.
- Identify prospect pain points, understand business needs, and qualify potential opportunities.
- Manage positive responses, conduct timely follow-ups, and maintain conversations with prospective customers.
- Re-engage closed, inactive, or unresponsive leads by identifying new conversation opportunities and engagement strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with past prospects through strategic follow-ups and value-driven communication.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead status, conversation notes, pain points, objections, and next steps.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Share insights with the marketing team on high-performing industries, messaging, campaigns, and offers.
- Continuously refine and improve outreach strategies based on prospect responses and market feedback.
