Job brief

Our client is a leading comprehensive cross-border logistics enterprise driven by digital and technological innovation, specializing in full-link international logistics and supply chain solutions covering sea freight, air freight, multi-modal transportation and overseas warehouse services. With mature global service networks and rich cross-border project operation experience, it serves numerous well-known domestic and international enterprises and maintains outstanding market competitiveness in the global freight forwarding industry. To support the steady expansion of its overseas business, we are recruiting a bilingual professional to take charge of local end-to-end logistics operation optimization and provide all-round management assistance to the local general manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sea and air freight operations, covering port cargo handling, customs declaration and clearance, document exchange, cargo insurance procurement, carrier coordination and subsequent transportation arrangement to ensure smooth shipment delivery.
  • Conduct daily business alignment with global headquarters, local clients, customs brokers and suppliers, monitor order execution in real time, and promptly troubleshoot operational exceptions.
  • Establish, optimize and document localized SOPs for logistics operations, supplier management and internal system workflows, and develop standardized quotation templates to support efficient business and sales operations.
  • Provide full-spectrum bilingual interpretation and business support for the General Manager, follow up key client projects, and assist in daily team management and operational norm optimization.
  • Coordinate cross-timezone communication between headquarters and local branch to ensure timely response to business and customer needs, and complete ad-hoc operational and management tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Work Authorization: Must hold valid legal residency and a valid work permit in Mexico, eligible for long-term local on-site work.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent, professional-level Spanish is mandatory. Competent proficiency in both Mandarin and English for seamless communication with local clients, authorities, and global HQ.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. Proven practical experience in international freight forwarding is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of local Mexican customs declaration, documentation processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Work Adaptability: Proactive, resilient, and self-motivated. Comfortable with cross-timezone coordination and a fast-paced, high-intensity overseas work environment.
  • Core Skills: Excellent logical thinking, strong problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional cross-cultural communication skills.
