- Implement and deploy software solutions for customers in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector
- Analyze customer business requirements and configure applications to meet functional and operational needs
- Develop product customizations to address customer-specific requirements
- Integrate software solutions with third-party applications and enterprise systems
- Perform technical analysis and troubleshoot complex customer-reported issues by coordinating with product vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Provide production support and maintenance services to ensure uninterrupted customer operations
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including implementation guides, deployment procedures, and knowledge articles
- Continuously develop technical competencies and stay current with emerging technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Person Specification
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a related field
- Have 2–4 years of overall work experience, including 1–2 years of experience in software development and implementation
- Demonstrate a strong technical background in enterprise banking or financial systems
- Possess a good understanding of banking business concepts, with exposure to retail banking, corporate banking, or treasury operations considered an advantage
- Have experience in application support, system upgrades, or implementations within a banking or financial environment
- Possess working knowledge of Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, and Batch/Job Monitoring
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL
- Have knowledge of open-source technologies and experience working with APIs
- Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
