Product Expert Consultant

Mission Overview

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Product Expert. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful transformation initiatives.

Our client is seeking a Product Expert to strengthen their Credit Origination Professionals cluster within the Risk & Credit domain.

As part of a customer-centric strategy, the Product Expert acts as a transversal expert, supporting various stakeholders in the management, development, and marketing of products. You will master all aspects of the product, including customer needs, alternatives, competitors, partners, functional characteristics, regulations, documentation, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a company-wide expert for professional credits.
• Act as a product reference for stakeholders involved in development, commercialization, and management, providing guidance and detailed product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the product owner to define new features, support the Squad during development, and translate regulatory requirements into product features and opportunities.
• Monitor changing customer needs through research, direct contact, and End2End customer journey analysis for continuous improvement.
• Continuously track market trends and competition to analyze products and consumer behavior in professional credits.
• Develop product strategy for professional credits, assist in defining vision and strategic roadmap, and align product strategy with commercial and beyond banking strategies.
• Facilitate ideation to develop new value propositions, enriching the professional loans portfolio.
• Support Go-To-Market, communication, and sales for professional credits, including campaign preparation and validation of fiscal, legal, and compliance aspects.
• Handle budgeting, pricing, business case development, and reporting.
• Assist in determining pricing policy, balancing volumes and margins in line with company strategy.
• Build business cases to determine required budgets and revenue for new features, products, or services.
• Produce regular and on-demand reports on commercial results and operational performance indicators.
• Analyze and interpret results, track the success of new solutions based on KPIs, and identify improvements for the backlog.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience with professional credit products and related processes.
• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
• Strong expertise in MS Office.
• Good understanding of IT and testing.
• Experience with requirements management.
• Good understanding of workflow processes.
• Experience with professional credits.
• Experience in making business cases (preferable).
• Experience with customer journey modeling (preferable).
