Internal Account Manager Eastern Europe AmbaFlex is the world market leader in spiral conveyor solutions. You'll find our SpiralVeyors and AmbaVeyors in the production lines of the food \& beverage industry and in the logistic processes of well-known e-commerce companies. We operate from our sales offices in Zwaag, The Netherlands (head office), Jucu, Romania, Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Dallas, and have our own production facilities in The Netherlands, Jucu Romania, China, and the USA. To support the growth ambitions of the region, we are looking for a driven and customer-focused: Internal Account Manager EMEA (Eastern Europe) Based in Zwaag The Sales Support Team in EMEA has built a strong foundation, fostering business within a loyal customer base in the 'Packaging' and 'Logistics' material handling markets. With your commercial mindset and drive, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers, optimizing sales, and contributing to excellent customer experiences. As an Internal Account Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor for our customers, collaborating with Area Sales Managers (ASM) to manage Leads, opportunities, prepare quotations, and process orders. - Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers (ASM) to follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and process orders efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value.
