Job description

About us We’re a rapidly scaling, not-for-profit disability support provider that believes in positively transforming the lives of people with disability. In doing so, we aim to create the highest quality agency we can, ideally reshaping the sector as a whole.

This means we often do things differently. Since we began in 2015, we’ve made it our mission to examine every part of what a support provider does – from how we structure our teams, to how we recruit and roster, to how we ensure the highest quality support, to how technology acts as an enabler for all that we do.

Our clients tell us they notice this difference, and for many it’s had a profound impact on their lives. Supporting more than 300 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria and only continuing to grow, we want the people who join us to also believe disability support should enable a life of independence and dignity.

The role This newly created role is an exciting leadership opportunity, one that will be instrumental in delivering on InLife’s growth agenda. It brings together the elements of stakeholder relationship management, SIL setup and compliance management, and occupancy management to provide a cohesive lens on all things property, while ensuring that InLife’s integral stance on the separation of support and housing is upheld. But you won’t be doing it all alone. The role will lead a team made up of InLife’s Property Coordinator (established role) and Housing Administration Coordinator (new role) to deliver on the outlined objectives through the lens of InLife’s Leadership Behaviours of: Lead with Heart; Champion your Client, and; Inspire for Tomorrow.

Coupling this with the practicalities of overseeing an uplift in procurement, asset management, and safety audits across client homes and InLife’s multiple offices.
