WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Manage the end-to-end logistics process for fleet defleeting across North America, including deregistration, insurance cancellations, compliance documentation, and vehicle delivery to final customers.
- Support RV Sales operations by coordinating vehicle listings, tracking sales conversions, creating bookings in internal systems, and ensuring smooth vehicle handovers in partnership with the RV Sales team.
- Coordinate vehicle transportation and relocation activities across North America to support operational and revenue objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with transportation vendors and logistics partners, ensuring cost-effective and reliable service levels.
- Partner closely with Operations, Revenue, and RV Sales teams to ensure fleet availability, vehicle movements, and logistics activities align with business needs.
- Monitor logistics performance metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to operational efficiency and scalability.
- Support strategic projects focused on transportation optimization, fleet utilization, process standardization, and automation initiatives
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or Finance or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Consulting, Scale Ups or fast paced supply chain companies (e.g. Amazon).
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and regions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and propose more efficient solutions.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
