• Requires minimum 6 years of Defined Benefits/Defined Contribution experience
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and communication knowledge
• Strong knowledge of Business requirement Documents
• Strong knowledge in MS Office, SQL
• Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents
• Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures
• Strong team player

• Good project management skills
• Manage stakeholder communication (internal/external)
• Lead client projects independently & should be able to handle multiple clients
• Understanding of overall OTS methodology
