BREWER & SALES PROFESSIONAL – BREWERY HYBRID TALENT WANTED
Mad Hopper Brewing Company Oy is looking for a new person to join our growing team — someone who is not afraid to get their hands into the malt and who knows that the best beers deserve the best customers.
We are a small, ambitious and growing craft brewery where beer is made without compromising on quality, seasoned with just the right amount of creative madness. Our team currently consists of two people, and now we are looking for a third person to strengthen both our brewery production and B2B sales.
We are looking for an all-rounder in the brewery industry — a true hybrid talent who wants to combine hands-on brewery work with B2B sales. In this role, you will get to help produce high-quality Mad Hopper craft beer and make sure it ends up in more and more customers glasses.
What does the job include?
Your working days will vary between brewery work and customer meetings. The final role will be shaped according to your skills and experience, but your responsibilities may include, for example:
At the brewery
- Participating in beer production
- Assisting with brews, fermentation, transfers, packaging and cleaning
- Maintaining quality, cleanliness and in-house control procedures
- Taking care of the daily practical production tasks as part of a small team
In sales
- Selling the brewerys products to restaurants, bars, events and retailers
- Acquiring new customers and developing existing customer relationships
- Coordinating orders, deliveries and customer communication
- Boldly taking the Mad Hopper story and products out into the world
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a self-driven person with a good attitude and a genuine interest in high-quality beer. You do not need to know everything from day one — what matters most is the willingness to learn, develop and get things done.
We especially value experience or qualities such as
- Experience in brewery work and beer production
- Experience in B2B sales, the restaurant industry or beverage sales
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Good communication skills and the courage to approach customers
- Interest in craft beer and brewery culture
- A driving licence and the ability to visit customers
Above all, we are looking for a good person — someone who takes their work seriously, but does not take themselves too seriously.
