As an Advisory - Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to provide insights and analysis that support their strategic decisions. Within our Deals practice, you will be at the forefront of financial due diligence, helping clients navigate complex transactions and uncovering key financial insights that drive value.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity. Your role will involve mentoring Associates and other junior team members, guiding them to maintain professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence to support client transactions
  • Analyzing financial statements and models to identify key trends and insights
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored advice
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to assess business performance metrics and market trends
  • Managing deal processes and coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful transactions
  • Developing financial forecasts and plans to support strategic decision-making
  • Reviewing financial statements to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Applying industry trend analysis to inform financial advising and planning
  • Embracing change and adapting to evolving client needs and market conditions
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
