As a Personal Independence - CoE Investments - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Business Services practice. You will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization's operations and objectives, developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with stakeholders, and act on feedback. Your focus will be on staying relevant and making informed decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of enterprise risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Guiding teams in identifying and analyzing risks that could impact organizational objectives
- Utilizing analytical thinking and data analysis to enhance risk management frameworks
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to address risk challenges and opportunities
- Developing and overseeing business continuity plans to validate operational resilience
- Promoting business process improvement and innovation in risk management practices
- Confirming compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
- Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations with composure and strategic questioning
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that communicate risk management strategies effectively
- Initiating coaching conversations to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Lead global investment operations and oversight, including complex investment reviews, financial statement and prospectus analysis, risk-based decision making, and ownership of escalations requiring advanced investment judgment.
- Drive operational excellence across a global delivery model, partnering closely with US and India leadership to manage capacity planning, workload balancing, quality reviews, reporting, delivery commitments, and process transformation initiatives.
- Develop scalable capabilities and innovation, including decision frameworks, manager coaching and training, while championing automation, AI, digital solutions, and enterprise-wide efficiency improvements through strong accountability and operational leadership.
