Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Consultant & Solutions Architect who can act as a builder-consultant hybrid , combining business consulting expertise with hands-on technical execution. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable AI solutions and enterprise-grade autonomous workflows that deliver measurable business value.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI solution architecture, Generative AI application development, workflow automation, and enterprise AI transformation , with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation strategies.
• Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions, including AI-powered applications, automation workflows, and autonomous agent-based solutions.
• Develop secure and scalable AI assets and enterprise-grade autonomous workflows.
• Architect and implement AI pipelines, integrations, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver AI initiatives.
• Drive AI solution delivery from concept through production deployment.
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards for security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Apply MLOps best practices for AI lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and ROI.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong programming experience in Python for AI application development, automation, and integrations.
• Experience with Google Apps Script for workflow automation and API integrations.
• Experience designing and implementing AI solution architecture for enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI automation .
• Experience building AI workflows, autonomous solutions, and multi-agent orchestration .
• Experience with API integrations and enterprise application connectivity.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices , AI deployment processes, and production AI support models.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions.

Consulting & Stakeholder Management Skills

• Ability to work as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to identify business challenges and recommend AI-driven solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect technical solutions with business objectives and measurable ROI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the Marketing domain (MarTech), customer engagement, or marketing automation platforms is an added advantage.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting or solution architecture roles.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise environments and production AI implementations.

Experience Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology, AI engineering, solution architecture, consulting, or related roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI-driven solutions from strategy through implementation.
• Strong combination of technical development, architecture, and business consulting experience.
