Full Stack OTEL Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to work on next-generation solutions with a strong emphasis on OpenTelemetry (OTEL) for observability, automation, and multi-environment scalability. This role requires deep backend engineering expertise , API development skills, and hands-on experience with observability technologies.

The ideal candidate will work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers , contributing to Python-driven APIs , Java/.NET services , as well as frontend integrations , while automating configurations with Ansible and deploying in enterprise-grade environments.

What you'll be doing Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python frameworks
• Build backend services using Java and .NET frameworks
• Work with SQL databases for schema design and query optimization
• Automate infrastructure and application deployment using Ansible

Observability & Monitoring

• Implement OpenTelemetry (OTEL) standards for widespread telemetry instrumentation
• Integrate observability with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
• Ensure performance insights through logs, traces, and metrics collection

Frontend & Integration

• Collaborate with front-end teams to build seamless user-facing features
• Ensure full-stack feature development and integration with backend services

Web Hosting and Deployment

• Configure and manage IIS (Internet Information Services) for enterprise applications
• Maintain application availability, scalability, and security standards

Collaboration & Engineering Practices

• Work closely with DevOps, SRE , and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Apply strong best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous deployment

Who we're looking for

• Proven proficiency in Python , Java , and .NET frameworks
• Expertise in REST API design and development
• Strong SQL knowledge for data modelling and optimization
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation
• Proficiency with OpenTelemetry (OTEL) implementation and telemetry instrumentation
• Practical knowledge of IIS configuration and management
• Excellent collaboration skills and strong problem-solving ability

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with observability-driven architectures
• Prior experience integrating telemetry data with modern dashboards (Grafana, Prometheus)
• Event-driven architecture exposure and experience in cloud-native environments
