Food Production Analyst - Entry Level
Job description
Food Production Analyst is responsible for assisting and occasionally leading, multifunctional teams in the analysis, design, development, and releasing of new products or product enhancements. The Place Restaurant is actively looking to improve product usability and quality through better user interaction design and quality assurance. We are looking for talented BSc Holder, preferably female who loves food, very smart & with good attention to details. Responsibilities would include: Research, Process Documentation & Improvement, Product Development, Market research & surveys, Problem Solving, Restaurant visits & product monitoring.
Qualifications:
- ND/HND/Bachelor's degree in a food science related area
- A catering training or culinary internship experience is required
- Minimum of 2:1 class of degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft software development tools.
- Must be residing in Lagos.
