Job Description Join our management team that leads the development and production of Maritime Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Interrogator systems, Maritime Antenna systems, Undersea and Acoustic Sensor systems, and Very Low Frequency (VLF) Communication Systems. This role is within our Tactical Systems Product Line, supporting the Maritime Sensors & Systems Program Area in the development and production of equipment to meet the growing demand in the US government and selected international customers. This position is to support the management of multiple programs within the Maritime area for the overall performance to ensure that objectives are met. This will include the ability to work with internal and external customers, as well as, driving all functional areas.

In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you’ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. C4ISR Systems offers a broad and healthy contract pipeline to support the growth of Program Managers across their careers. In this role, you will:

  • Perform tasks across the Project Management processes of initiating, organizing, integrating, planning, managing & controlling, developing and completing projects or programs.
  • Track progress and ensures achievement of financial, schedule, technical and/or new business performance objectives.
  • Manage, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute a project or collection of projects.
  • May support new business development activities and participate in developing strategic and financial plans for assigned business area.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties set forth.
  • Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel, customers and suppliers.
  • Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations;
  • Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule.
  • Utilize soft skills of communication, effective leadership, and ability to manage many situations simultaneously. Interaction with multiple functions and personalities to include individuals in Engineering, Operations, Contracts, Finance, as well as, customers (internal/external).
  • Position is designed to provide experience to lead to growth opportunities.

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience.
  • Experience in program/project management and/or Cost Account Manager (CAM) training. Experience integrating scope, schedule, and budget for the successful execution of program objectives. Ability to develop and execute a program schedule and track status against that schedule.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that requires a high degree of initiative, adaptability, and closure orientation.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to interface and negotiate with and present to a variety of stakeholders including coworkers, leadership, customers, and suppliers.
  • Risk & Opportunity experience.
  • Presentations will be expected to leadership to report status and answer questions.
  • Highly developed collaboration and leadership skills with demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Capable of working independently and within team(s) to solve problems. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field with at least 4 years’ experience or Master's degree with 2 years experience.
  • Experience with Aerospace industry or similar.
  • Lifecycle management.
  • PMP certification.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
