As a SAP-Basis Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, working within our SAP practice. You will have the opportunity to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
• Managing client service accounts and driving SAP technology workstreams to optimize operational efficiency
• Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions and provide training for seamless integration
• Developing and executing strategic technology plans to support business transformation initiatives
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities
• Overseeing the development and support of SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver environments
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
• Collaborating with leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables for client engagements
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Encouraging innovation and embracing change to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Excelling in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
